Soundbound plays and downloads through pluggable sources. Add the extensions repo inside the app, or copy its URL from the button above.

Install on Android
- Download the app above.
- Open it. Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser — grant it, then tap Install.
- Open the app and sign in — your profile follows you across devices.
- Add sources (see the repo section above) and start listening.
Install on Windows
- Download the installer above.
- Run it. If Windows SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway.
- Launch Soundbound from the Start Menu.
Since v2.0.0 the desktop app bundles VLC & FFmpeg — no extra installs needed.
Install on macOS
- Pick the version for your Mac above — Apple Siliconfor M1 and newer, Intel for older Macs.
- Open the download and drag Soundbound into Applications.
- On first launch, right-click the app and choose Open to pass Gatekeeper.
Install on Linux
- Download the app above for your computer.
- Make it executable and run it:

./Soundbound-2.1.0-linux-x64.AppImageNothing to install — it runs as-is. Keep it wherever you like.
